Arts Therapist and Clinical Supervisor
Isabelle is an Arts Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with 17 years of experience. She provides clinical supervision for organisations supporting children, including youth justice services and schools working with educational leaders nationwide. Isabelle also offers consultations for adoptive parents through Adoption UK and has a private practice as an arts therapist for both children and adults.
Isabelle has managed pastoral care in primary and secondary schools and worked as the clinical lead for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. She is part of the Wellbeing Faculty at The Institute for Arts and Therapy in Education (IATE) as a tutor and assessor and has worked extensively overseas supporting teachers managing trauma in the classroom.
Isabelle is committed to advocating for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those affected by developmental trauma. She promotes a trauma-informed, culturally competent and neurodiversity-aware approach within children’s services to support and develop understanding of their needs to thrive.
