Founder & Lead Facilitator

Branwen is an artist with a background in Arts Education and Arts Management.   

She has worked for a wide range of organisations including the Ministry of Education (NZ), Artists Alliance (NZ) Creative Partnerships (UK) and until 2021 as Arts Manager for Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC)

In 2018, in her role as the BHCC Arts manager she initiated and set up an Arts, Health & Wellbeing network for the city which is still active today and is run by Creative Future.

She works as an independent advisor for Public Art projects facilitating dialogue between communities, developers and artists.

Incorporating the arts into all aspects of life has been a central part of Branwen’s work.

She has brought artists into a range of different settings.  In the educational context this includes science labs, maths classrooms and professional development workshops.  In her work for BHCC this involved Parks, Estates & Housing, Highways, Transport, City Planning, Sports and the Seafront team.

Skilled in Open Space facilitation and the Pecha Kucha method she has facilitated strategic development workshops for businesses, charities and community groups.

Branwen is an External Examiner for the IATE, Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education

As the co-founder of Orange Collective Branwen co-designs and co-delivers training workshops, reflective practice sessions and peer evaluation events.  She represents Orange Collective to National Health and wellbeing organisations, Arts organisations working in Creative health and Public Health departments in the regions.  Branwen is responsible for the day to day running of the organisation.
