Branwen Lorigan

Branwen has been intimately involved in creativity in a number of different contexts, educational, artistic, and managerial. She is an artist and has extensive knowledge of the formal and informal education sector where she has worked as a classroom teacher and on community engagement projects. Additionally she has worked for a wide range of organisations including the Ministry of Education (NZ), Artists Alliance (NZ) Creative Partnerships (UK) and until recently as Arts Manager for Brighton & Hove City Council. She is an Open Space facilitator and set up and produced Pecha Kucha Nights in Brighton for 6 years. She is External Examiner for the IATE, Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, an Academic Partner of University of East London and member organisation of The UK Council for Psychotherapy and The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

As a trainer and founder at Orange Collective Branwen is excited about the creation of a community for training and dialogue between creative and therapeutic practitioners who use the arts as a healing modality.
